Generally, shops/tuners will recommend the colder plugs if you're getting a larger turbo or really getting and aggressive tune. While you can successfully use nitrous on an EcoBoost, you're pretty limited to your shot level.

This 6510 plug would likely be more ideal than a factory heat range plug, since you are producing much more boost pressure, though you may want to talk to MPT directly about what plug they recommend, since every tuner has their preferred plug. You could probably do with new plugs that are gapped down to .028" or .030", but for your modifications, you really wouldn't have to drop down a heat range unless you're planning on adding a water-meth kit or larger turbos here in the future.
